I tried the canned tuna with avacado instead of mayo.  Amazing.  Why haven't I heard or thought of this after eating hundreds of cans of this shit?

I squeezed in some lemon to help keep the avacado green and to give the tuna some zing.

The hard part is making sure that you have good ripe avocados about. Frequently, mine are either too hard or "over the edge".

I'm sure you could get sub 10% if you were offered 10 grand for a photo shoot.

The point is: what's the point of torturing yourself trying to get a dry six pack? For what? Maybe if you're still a kid going on spring break hoping to get laid. Weight training, good nutrition and a healthy life style is suppose to enhance your quality of life not make you miserable. TA has it right and I wish I could be his neighbor. We'd argue all the time over religion and politics but it will always be in good spirits when done over a good meal. And I love desserts. My idea of splurging is stopping by Foodland after working late and buying their discounted glazed donuts at $3.50/dozen. I could only imagine what life would be like hanging with TA. And maybe I'd finally learn to cook.

At least he keeps in good shape and tries to enjoy life.

Unless you make your living with your physique bringing your "bodybuilding food" in a tupperware container to a social event is just pathetic and shows a very distorted value system.

Bodybuilding/weight training can really be a wonderful thing and I believe it is the best method to maintain over all health and functional ability. But there sure is a dark side to it. Seems more so than other "healthy" activities with the exception of Cross Fit and it's various clones.

TA can be a guy at times (no offense) but you gotta respect his (alternative dieting) lifestyle

I just pick from my tree :-)   The spoils of being in SoCal.  It takes 3-4 weeks to ripen once picked. Avacadoes will only ripen once picked or drop.

Costco sells boxes of individual packs of pre made guac.  Mix that with Tuna would be a good option and you get the extra spices

Ah Foodland.  The Poke is insane.  That would be my go to.  Spicy Ahi Poke.  So fucking good.  Was in Kaui for two weeks and ate it every day,  Was buying sushi quality tuna steaks for $5.  Loved that place.

eggwhites and oatmeal

Whole eggs are better.  This is the meal I eat before training... gives me tons of energy to train 1 1/2 hours, full blast.

I eat Poke 3-4 times a week. I've been working late for the last year and they cut the price 50% for the Poke. Get it for $5/lb. That's two meals for me.

Thing is, I don't like/trust raw fish so I just put it in a pan and it's done in 2 minutes. Throw over rice and mix vegs and I'm eating "bodybuild food".
