People argue that he should place high because his conditioning is good. If that is the case then that Heiko Kalblahblah dude should have been Mr. Olympia.

Still have to think Jay over Vic in 2007 was the biggest gift every.  Jay had no business winning that contest.

Agree, Now if Branch beat Dexter and won, that would be a different story.

worse than cutler over Martinez @ the Olympia 07

No, for the simple fact that Branch "the Garden Gnome" Warren knows how to show up shredded every time he competes.  The guys who could have beat him but didn't were too fucking smooth, including Compton and Cedric.  Those guys know what it takes to place high, so I can't really cry in my milk when they fuck up and don't get ripped enough to overcome a bloated-bellied, Vulcanoid-eared little dwarf like Branch.

To shift gears:

Jay winning over Martinez in '07 was highway robbery, but still nowhere near the greatest "gift" placing in competitive bodybuilding.  That distinction belongs to Franco winning in '81.  After that, maybe Dickerson in '82, though Cutler over Rami in the former's retirement year was pretty fucking embarrassing.
