I met Rich around this time last year, before he really rose to prominence (if you can call it that).

I thought his whole schtick was a joke and that he was a douchebag, but he could not have been a nicer, more down to earth guy. It's cliche to say that about any "celebrity" that isn't a dick, but he really was a cool dude.

It's been hard to hate him after that.

There is a guy at  my gym who wears a 5% sweatshirt haha lol.  He walks around like he is hardcore. Wears a hat, his headphones and talks to no one!! He is 100% business!

But when I see these guys now - especially Rich drinking from his gallon jug or forcing food down every 5 minutes to avoid catabolism, it always makes me think of Foie Gras....
