The Obama administration will soon find itself in court having to explain to federal judges why it never told anyone former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton used a secret email address, potentially spoiling dozens of open records requests, experts said Wednesday. And Mrs. Clinton could face up to three years in prison per message if she is found to have broken her word and handled classified information on the secret account, one open records expert told The Washington Times.

The legal challenges have already begun, with The Associated Press filing a federal lawsuit saying the State Department has foiled five years’ worth of requests for Mrs. Clinton’s emails, but never told them or the court that she kept her own server — meaning that her emails weren’t being searched. Meanwhile, the White House tried to keep Mrs. Clinton at arm’s length, insisting she alone can answer questions about what she did, and saying that none of Mr. Obama’s aides were involved in helping her decide which emails to turn over to the State Department and which to delete.

Mrs. Clinton’s office remained silent a day after the former first lady and potential 2016 presidential candidate held a press conference admitting she kept a private email server out of “convenience,” belatedly went through and found public records among her emails and then deleted nearly 32,000 emails she and her lawyers deemed private.

Benghazi wasn't serious?  People died and our ambassador got ass-raped to death.  There is no question that Hillary violated the law and there is no question that she is lying about a lot of things.  Ther eis no question that she destroyed the evidence.  As Hillary herself would say "What difference does it make now".

This is politics.  Certain people are untouchable, especially Democrats because they have the press in their back pocket.  When they are asked to provide emails and other documents for an investigation they just say "oops, we lost them"......and nothing happens.  Hillary Clinton could give a flying fuck about the law.  She just cackles and says fuck you.  Dipshits keep electing her and appointing her to high level positions.  I'm sure they will again.

Benghazi wasn't serious? 

I've called for impeachment for obama/hilary involvement in benghazi.  Yes, I think they let it happen, and yet, like F&F, it's a major crime worthy of impeachment then jail.

I'm comparing it to the 'scandals' that frequently pop up, with "outrage" from hannity and rush, where they overreact and feign outrage.  It waters down their worthy reaction on issues that actually matter in a major way - like this one.  People screaming for hours about michelle obama attacking lunch rights, and screaming abouot hilary email with the same volume.  Everyone is deaf from them screaming about weak shit, so the actual shit has lesser impact. 

This issue is MAJOR.   We don't know if she was hacked, if she deleted.  She's a GOVT employee.  If you're a cop, a teacher, a fireman, your email is public record.  Same if you're sec of state.  She outright did what she wanted, and with classified info!!
