Yes my experiences with recently-immigrated Africans as well as Jamaicans have generally been positive.
The American Hebrew is in a special class.

Many that do come over here and go to school, are not about foolishness.
Neither were old school American blacks.
But you have to take into context coming from a colony and coming from the US, where the government has seen to it that American blacks rely heavy on it, for votes of course.
There are plenty of Jamaicans who go off on another route, like the Jamaican mafia.
As I said before, it is noted in History, that the French took more interest in the American Negro of the first half of the 20th century than the Africans and West Indians of their own colonies.
