Depends on the definition of excellence. They're two heads taller than phil, their arms are bigger, their bodies are bigger. I bet they can perform better lift wise, cardio wise and all around athletic performance wise, but they don't have the turtle look.

Being so tall and all, measurement wise there's not much of a difference, just a marginal one. And being "the best bodybuilder" in the world you'd think a man would stand out clear as day. To me phil looks like an average sized guy who has pumped himself to the max, that's all. Those other guys look more impessive imo.
