Used the real old school Universal pictured in high school. I remember it was a big deal if you could bench and leg press the entire stack . The shoulder press stack was the one that defeated everyone.

There is nothing as good for lats!  By far the best exercise for back thickness/width... I used one for the first decade of training and I am certain that's what built my back

the shoulder press was only 220 lbs on my college universal machine, not enough for any self respecting getbigger.....
