hope he goes into it, like doses ans stuff. EVERYTIME I see some title like this, the info is always like "yeah, most guys use this much, or around that much" never the real good juicy shit...

He's talking about at the time. Eastern Europe and Arab bodybuilding has yet to produce a Shawn Ray, Flex Wheeler, Kevin Levrone, Vince Taylor, Paul Demayo, Dennis Newman, Melvin Anthony, Dennis James, Victor Martinez, Mike Francois, Dexter Jackson, Ronnie Coleman. Hell, not even a Phil Heath or Brandon Curry.
