I never get upset lil man... Back in my hard corps days I was an angry officer but after losing my wife and retiring I learned quickly that life is far too good for anger.. What in the world is there to be upset or stressed about in America?? Agreed with the guy earlier, complete waste of time used for bodybuilding.Up there with guys who do extensive bench pressing movements then feel the need for front lateral raises
total waste of time as well, I can't believe the number of dorks who feel the need to do them. Guys overtrain their shoulders to shits yet wonder why they don't respond...
I used to do a few sets with 185, but those days are over. Never did get to 2 wheels. My perpetual pained shoulder keeps me at 135 MAX or the pain starts again.I am OK with that.
tried them a long time ago, did something like 1.5 plates a side for rather smooth reps.
