i lost about 4lbs so far on lipo 6!

hey guys! so far, i'm doing ok with the lipo 6. i'm down 4lbs. not bad for a start, huh? ;)

Depends,  I take a shit every morning and it is easily at least a couple pounds.  When I piss it usually equals 16oz or more.  I easily lose 4 to 5 pounds a day just from shitting and eating.  Now if I can consume less than that I'd be great

lipo 6 gets me cracked out its great for pre work outs though but i never taken it for the sole purpose of losing weight

about 2 weeks.  only thing is, i like my coffee, so i have to limit coffee to only 1 or 2 cups a day.  it does make me a little shakey.  i used it this morning before working out, and my heart was racing, so i have to maybe only take 2 a day instead of 4 like they tell you to.

Question, can you gauge how much of that is fat? You don't want give away the hard earned muscles.

Can you tell us your weight/height/body fat? Also how much are you trying to lose?

Took some of this stuff a while back. I liked what it did around the waistline -ie. tightened it up a tad and got rid of some water, but I kept having this nagging feeling that it was 'sitting' on or depressing my test levels. I noticed this especially on leg days. And no, I've lost fat/weight before without losing strength, so I don't think that was it.

my height is 5'6.  weight is now 186lbs. bodyfat is hard to determine. i'd estimate it's kinda high like between 12-15%.  i'm not obese looking, but i have a 38 waist!  :'(

oh yea, i'd like to get back down to at least 180lbs, or even 175lbs. i'd be happy with this.

I took it for a few weeks and it helped get rid of some belly and love handles. But after a few weeks of taking it I totally lost my apatite and didn't get it back for a while.
