I gotta say, I was in the gym today training arms and for a brief moment I recalled that recent pic Navy Mike posted where he was veiny and lean and training arms.  It inspired me and I thought he deserved to know.  Good job guy.  I don't know if I can say that I ever inspired anyone when I was in shape and crushing it, I hope at some point I inspired some kid in the gym.  Mike you don't have to guess or hope, you now know you have inspired at least one other person on this planet to dig it out and push for a few more reps. Rock on Mike.

Wow man I really appreciate that, if one person gets inspired and pushed themself a little hard because of me I don't know what to say. That means a lot. All the dieting was worth it!!
