He almost completely disappears when dieting. I would just continue to be a tank-top champion and leave the stage-worthy BB to the guys that can cut without total depletion.

Boston came onto Lamar Byrd's Fbook page talking trash about Centopani and then just starting acting like a child. I don't think Meadows has a good physique what so ever, but I'd def take his advice over Boston's any day of the week.

Boston has the muscle maturity of a 9 year old and the comprehension of a 12 year old girl.

He has to stay relevant somehow now that his competition days are over. That's how he makes his money. He tends to get just a little butthurt when people call him out though.
