My masseuse uses pure coconut oil on me.  Strokes me like a champ.

That conjured up some hot man on man rubbing images.
I gotta go rub one out now.
Of course , I'll use coconut oil for my hand lube  :D

I've lost 10-12 lbs in the last 3 weeks by increasing fats and protein and reducing carbs to next to nothing....coupled with reduced caloric intake overall.

Once I begin hitting the cardio early morning again I'll drop 30 more in another 6 weeks.

What foods and fat sources are u eating? I was using alot of olive oil and coconut but apparently thats not cutting it

Fat Jimmy Moore, on the right, author of "Keto Clarity," puts away a lot of heavy cream. Fat Jimmy often drinks it straight from the container.

Just olive oil and fats found in meats and whole eggs primarily.   I'm not full-on, diehard ketosis (no criticism to those who are), but I attempt to limit carbs as much as possible....been helping.   Just limiting carbs and calories.....simple stuff.
