A Kai is my hero side note: dude at my gym stands legs apart over a bar with 25# on the end and deadlifts it to his groin area. They're a Kai staple, Jefferson Squats. I asked why doesn't he put on some weight and he told me it's not necessary to do them heavy you're just isolating the hams.  ::)

YES, Kai knows a thing or two about Jefferson squats. This guy at your gym will develop Kai-like hamstrings since he isolating a particular muscle group.

Wow pretty fancy place!  One gym I go to is a hole in the wall but they have 100lb plates and decent equipment.

Much cheaper too.

I pay nearly 150 a month at Equinox. 50-60 bucks is nothing. A homeless person could afford this.

Some guy got thrown out last week. They put in some new equipment. Some guy told the manager he didn't like the equipment. Manager got mad, walked over the computer, and cancelled his membership. Just like that lol. Guy finished his workout. Have not seen him since. I heard that the managers hated him and said he was like "poison." The guy was a loudmouth so they wanted him gone. Well, now he is.

I stopped going to my gym at $130/mth, and that's with a corporate subsidy.

That gym looks nice.

Looks more like a night club than a gym. The owners are clearly gay. Go to a different gym if they try to raise the price.

Inappropriate lighting for bodybuilders. There's no way you can feel progress in blue light. Change the gym.
