anyone who has ever sought bodybuilding advice from him should be hanged - would say ugliest physique on the boards but its not even a physique...i dont know what that is.

considering he moved to the UK just to live on benefits and leech off his wife this 'joke' doesn't have a punchline (unless you see the poverty benz in question he's asking for)

good every day build, easy to maintain without a ton of trips to the Chinese buffet
