Also, I don't train heavy bodybuilding style as I've never considered myself a bodybuilder as such. Weight training for me was more for general conditioning for Jiu-Jitsu which is my main passion.
Now it's just trying to stay healthy and fit for my age. So I train circuit style just going from exercise to exercise with my only rest being the time it takes to walk to the other exercise. I have to admit that after a leg pressing movement I am so winded that I do walk back and forth a few times to catch my breath before beginning another set.

If didn't train and take 200mg/wk Test cyp (from a Dr.) and 300mg/wk Deca I'm sure I would be a very soft and flaccid, skinny/fat 150 pounds. That's reason enough for me to do it. I wish I could find an affordable legit hgh. I'd jump on that as well.

Well, I'm not happy about my physique. I would like to be a bit fuller and more developed, especially in the chest, back and quads. Actually only my calves I'm satisfied with as far as muscle size. But I don't sweat it. I could be better if I really committed myself, but I also could be worse. i really don't think about as much as I use to.

HGH I believe is much more important as it is what regenerates and repairs the body and what you stop producing, or your production goes way down, as you get old. One of the definitions of aging is your body losing the ability to repair itself. This is what HGH does. It just slows down the aging process. It's why you can have a Stallone, Chuck Norris, Madonna, Suzanne Summers, Daryl Hannah, Dan Henderson, Mike O'Hearn.....

Well, my weight pretty much stays the same has been for around the last 20 years. It varied much more as I was more into bbing and was playing around with my weight and condition. Getting fat and getting skinny. When I just eat normally, like I do now, three meals a day, about 90-120 grams of protein per day.

HGH is the closest thing to the fountain of youth we have (not abuse but replacement dose). It also keeps you healthy though there is some evidence it may shorten your life. I have a well to do friend back in Cali that has been on HGH for the last 20 years. He use to get sick a few times a year like most people but he said that he has never gotten sick once in the last 20 years.

I don't think, as gh15 claims, that HGH will make you immune to AIDS/HIV but I do think it gives you a stronger immune system. I think that may be one of the reasons that no generic HGH has come out even though the patent has run out over 15 years ago. I think the government and Big Pharma do want you healthy -- just not too healthy.

Maybe if I'm motivated enough I'll take some new pics. But it really
isn't that important to me to prove anything to a wasted life. I have a real life outside this board. Josh really has no life outside of this board. When the final chapter closes, and real clarity appears when one's own mortality finally hits home, he is in for a very rude and painful

I thought Tbombz was a lost cause as there was very little, if any, redeeming qualities about him. Josh loves animals so there is still
