Here's a little fact for ya all. I don't care about getting down to single digit BF. As a matter of fact, if you do, even at 10-12% it ain't gonna last long. The younger guys can stay there longer than the older ones. If you think you're going to maintain any real low levels of BF for the rest of your lives, you're fucking delusional. Admittedly I don't enough cardio and I should. I'm only able to get on my bike on the weekends and do a 12 mile ride on both days and a little (very little because of time) during the week.
