I'm pretty sure none of these were ever "totally legal" and if the authorities wanted to fuck you they could. If they were totally legal all the big supp companies would have sold them but they didn't. Even the companies selling them were selling them under different labels/companies. bb.com got a lot of heat for these supposedly legal compounds, Patrick Arnold was fucked over for something many other were doing as well etc.

Yeah, back in the day around 1997 -98, Vida's book was known, and the grey area was wondered about. Kneller, Arnold, Duchaine, and a few others were batting around the idea of importing and marketing some of the harder compounds, and it was finally decided against because everyone figured that it would definitely cause the some heavy legal crackdowns.  It wasn't until Syntrax had that nice long run with relatively little trouble, that more people had the confidence to enter the game, at least in my estimation.

earlier than that I believe.  i remember andro from around 94 on. then the market took off for about a decade and they were selling some POTENT shit. i think 2004 was the first "Hammer" to come down

same thing, dry..shredded..but tack on about 7 lbs of bone dry muscle.  oh and EXCRUCIATING headaches..which i always enjoy...LOL

Yeah, I remember it was the very benign original androstenedione, then there was a company OSMO around 96 that started really testing the waters, but it was still a bit on the small side.

there was no grace period in the law if its on the banned list it went from being legal one day to illegal the next u can get arrested for sale if caught though probably not big on cops list unless they want to bust u for something else anyone who thinks there was a grace period is wrong and can get busted ignorance of law is no defense

also like I said earlier the law allows the government to put whatever they want on banned list now so no need for any further laws like this anytime they want to put a substance on the list they can its pretty scary when u think about it
