dont get me wrong, good build (especially legs) for 20 and low doses. but you have a good 12 weeks of cutting infront of you
also keto diet is shit on tren imo
try 150-200g protein and the rest of the calories ALL CARBS
tren and t3 burn through carbs like a mofo
also forget heavy lifting while on t3
high carb cuts work much better, only advantage of keto is appetite suppression and theres other stuff for that
