Everything is all bullshit about diet.
Its really fucking simple.
You starve yourself for as long as possible than u can handle it.
Then you eat just little bit of dry rank chicken or tuna or otherwise gross tasting shit
just to level where u can carry on starving more and more.
U lose shit load weight quickly.
Yeah u lose muscle too but no bigge.
once u lost fat and become lean, u shoot test, deca dbol and put ur muscle back on.
Then u switch over to mast, tren and polish it all of.
