egg whites for breakfast suck

i have been eating 10 egg whites and one yolk for breakfast for along time on my days off. anyway you cook them, they suck. with salsa on top, cheese on top, hot sauce on top.
its getting harder and harder to get them down. but, its a easy breakfast for me. fast to cook, quick protein. easy clean up. but they suck balls.

6 eggs scrambled with a bit butter and milk makes a perfect breakfast

Why are you eating so many egg whites.

If you want to mix it up, use 3-4 egg whites and 1-2 whole eggs with cheese and some veggies.

Did your biceps grow any bigger when u started your egg breakfast diet? Did u notice any difference eating 6 or 10?  ::)

Why the fuck do you eat them?  Eat some ground meat, chicken breast, fish, turkey, lean ham, whatever.  Not sure why bodybuilders force feed themselves this shit.

Been eat 10oz every morning for 14 weeks and sometimes I'll have them for meal 6 to. Here's the secret use this will reduce sugar ketchup

Would it be this stuff? Seems harmless enough. There's some chemicals in it. The sodium level isn't too bad. Personally, I am always leery of zero calorie and nutrient poor products. For example, I've never bought into the idea of drinking diet pop. Turns out, I made a good decision there since diet pop has recently been shown to be not so good for people.
