The military press doesn't seem too far out of line. I'm a 46 year old natural and I've done 125 for sets of 12, I'm not buying the other claims without video.
Yes, I can do 155 x 10, but I can't go below my chin because of my dodgy rotator. That's the most believable of the lifts by far.

I guess it depends how he is defining squats. There is no way in hell he is doing bucket squats with 405 on his back.
