With 6 IFBB Pro Men's Bodybuilding signed up, it was not worth having the contest. They wanted at least 10 or more. The best expo in the world and not enough pro bodybuilders can commit to the contest.

I have been in Germany a few years back and was under the impression bodybuilders are not "welcome" there.

why would they be?

they represent everything abhorrent in society- narcissism, drug use, aggression, antisocial behaviour and dont contribute anything to society.

No idea and wonder if he looks better when in contest shape. Seems to me in Europe guys don't win looking bulky like that unless a total freak (Ruhl)

I also wonder if he likes to deadlift heavy. I think it thickens the waist. Whatever the hell it is, he should consider a different pose, lol! Terrible advertisement for the show.

I think it would take a lot of abuse to loose/ruin your waste line, but you'd never know when all bulked up. How much you gained back since the show?

We we are pushing heavy for the next two months to put on as much as we can then lean it up
Some. I'm 217. I wasn't to happy about lossing my abs but it's what you got to do. Plus 3 weeks of dieting I can have them back
