I think he was just born that way. 6,1 tall, large frame.
I've read somewhere he completely neglected training and eating for a few years and his arm was like 19-20 inches.
Most people can't achieve that on shitload of drugs.

Amazing synthol using genetics. Notice how the "growth" is conspicuously in areas where synthol use is possible. Huge freak regardless. Glad its his circulatory system & not mine.

It's hard to know for sure, but triceps looks legit to me. He is on mass and flexing the arm a bit differently (pushing it against lat), that's all.
