I'd hate to see what you guys would think of raking leaves if you think lifting weights is difficult.  :-\

Or how about painting houses like Johnny Falcon!

What does hardest mean?  If done properly, they are all hard to do.  There is a difference between discomfort and difficulty.  For me, chins, cable and dumbbell rows are the most comfortable and all the bent over back exercises are the most uncomfortable.

Yes.
Easiest least uncomfortable for me.
Chins, pull downs, seated rows.
Hardest most uncomfortable,
Deadlifts, BB Rows, T Bar rows.

DB rows fit in the middle.

You must be using some baby weights in addition to not having much drive in the gym if lifting weights is so easy for you.

One arm dumbbell rows for me are the hardest, if by hardest you mean taxes the central nervous system to the point where you have to take several mins rest in between sets just to recover enough for the next one. It's an exercise that takes a long time to complete as well, especially if you're doing rep ranges of 12-15 for each set, each arm.

Deadlifts and/or barbell rows a close second.

I have a chest supported row machine (plate load) so I don't mind them.

Hate to see on up on a roof in the middle of summer when the deck is around 220 degrees pulling or tailing a felt machine or working with pitch and spreading rock. "Raking leaves" ::)

It will always be pull ups for me. If you dead hang and truly go all the way up till your elbows go as far down as they can it's absolutely a brutal exercise.

For some reason, I have always been good at pullups even with my long arms. A set of 15 dead hang pullups feel like a calisthenic exercise. But the deadlift, even in "light" weights knocks the wind right out of me.

Chins have always been a weak point for me, I can do dips and pushups all day long, I have had to work hard to develop chin up endurance, especially wide grip chins.  I purchased one of those power towers a while back so I could concentrate on improving my chin-up count.  Watching Frank Medrano inspired me.

When my shoulder and elbow started giving me hell, I stopped the wide-grip chins and did neutral grip and close-grip chins. I also like doing shins from rings as I can turn my wrists to keep the movement comfortable on my joints.

yeah you don´t need a really wide grip anyway. a mixed grip i do now and again.. one hand pronated and one supinated.  I was just at a local supermarket and the staff are all wearing Bunny costumes because of Easter... one poor guy was wearing a pink Bunny suite .. I started to think of that thombz Guy on here.. :-X :-\

neutral grip for me too.  wide grips feels unnatural and i feel my shoulders barking.

it's also not as effective, cuts ROM short, doesn't stress the back muscles as well

You should pick up a set of Atomik Bombs...not sure if they'd be entirely dissimilar to the rings, but I think they're cool for pullups and you'd probably like them.

Holy shit, my wife would kill me. When she came to me proudly boasting about all the pullups she could do, I just hung a 15# chain around her neck and walked away. These will kill her!

I have a pair of these that I loop around the bar for pretty much every kind of pulling

my shoulders appreciate the gesture

DB rows have always been 'easy' for me, BB rows and deads used to be a go to before I fucked my lower back, pullups always sucked and were never fun
