How often do you get the nod of approval?  I usually get it when someone else is obviously a gym rat and they spot me out in public and they look me up and down and then give me the nod.  Same as when I'm with a chick who's all sexied up and dudes see us, scan and then give me the nod.  Do you give the nod of approval to others?
