And some folks have a pathological need to make false claims about themselves and then feel threatened when asked to provide proof of said claims.

i dont know why that is.

when i said i did 3 plates per side in the leg press, nobody requested a video of proof! which suits me fine, as i dont have to go through the trouble recording it.

Perhaps it's because you do not (yet) interject into every thread about your superiority in every way imaginable.

well its 4am Ireland time so about 11pm with you.

I had a guy from the states ask me if I would beat him up for money after watching this clip I took, after training legs today  :D
