ive just looked at the video

im being generous assuming the tiny plates on each end are twenties

joon is lying dont know why

I guess the 60kg is probably down to 50kg now? I am going to get my wife to do a curl vid where she does more than Joon.

Does the pain decrease if you do biceps exercises that shorten the tendon, like bent-over concentration curls? Does the RC pain lessen if you warm up the area? I had a left-side bout of supraspinatus tendonitis and I just slowly worked through it.

As for the biceps tear, it might just be tendonitis, in which case, you can work through it carefully.

Erm, to he honest everything hurts, standing holding my phone now is aggregating it, I block it out to train so am not really sure.

I do suffer with bouts of tendonitis,  but the reason I'm sure something is torn is the fact that I can't squeeze my right bicep to save my life, the outer head just won't really tighten. And I have reduced mobility on my right shoulder. My left arm I can get up behind me to get my hand between my traps. My right side I struggle to raise it enough to get the back of my own neck.

Edit: I mean above my head then bending my arm down.

I'd love it if all I needed was some physio or massage work though.

It sounds bad, but I wouldn't rule out physiotherapy on it. I spent a lot of time at the chiro with my shoulder and in the end, just figured out what I could do with little (not zero) pain and did that until it didn't hurt anymore, then I pushed the envelope a little at a time.

I would get a scan on it. You don't want to ball it up more if it's a tear.

My sensible side says I should stick to what doesn't hurt me, then my dismorphic side says "everything hurts it, you'll just shrink!" So I've never stopped.

Yeah I'll try to get refered for one this week, it can be a hassle though. They don't much like spending money on the NHS.

See, when my right side was hurting, I spent a lot of time flexing and working my left biceps, which now has an even better peak than the right. And when the right came back, I was more symmetrical than before.

I use 17.5 k dbells
I never bar curl.

that's why you don't have monstrous steel cable pythons for biceps

Isnt it possible to edit the video and put a blur on that handsome face?

Yeah, we all know it but men aren't the best for going to the doctors. I've actually been putting off getting a chest xray I've been referred for, which is plain retarded.

But denial is a wonderful thing...
