Well, I would stop boasting about easily disprovable feats of strength, for starters. Then, maybe I would be less of an annoying c-unt troll for another.

Thank you I would view it with genuine fascination as that is a very impressive feat of strength. I never tried more than 40kg although I love training arms. I normally go for lighter weight, higher reps and really try and build up the lactic acid and get a great pump.
