Iran deal... good or bad?
« on: April 04, 2015, 12:01:44 PM »
Here is the left-wing spin on it.  Obama calling it a win.
Are repubs correct that it's a terrible deal?  Why?

doesn't look bad to me.  but that's what we're GETTING.  what are we GIVING?

we could give them some of our homosexuals.  I heard that they don't have any homosexuals there.

IMO, the Senate repubs' only argument s "we cant trust them"

Well, we have made plenty of deals with nations we dont trust.   It happens.  Some last, some dont.  BUT if we are able to only get one of these - the nonstop inspections - it's a win.

what exactly are we 'giving up' again?  Allowing something we weren't able to stop before anyway?  ???

I think what you are saying we should be flexible.. i agree up to a point but i doubt the US will ever be dumb enough to trust them regardless who is in Office.

Nothing like having a terrorist state take over the Middle East. Should go smoothly. Oh, what were the details of that deal again? Oh that's right. We don't know. But hell, let them back UN because we know the UN is on the up and up ::)

Rubio hasn't seen the details of the deal, but figures it's a failure anyway lol.

IMO, at LEAST learn the details of teh deal, before calling it a fail.  Maybe it's a fail, maybe not, but at least see what's in it.  This kind of "auto-pilot" declaration about obama takes away GOp credibilitity.  Obama could skip a golf game and cure cancer, and Rubio would have mean things to say about it.
