Kai's delts look like they have always looked. If they were pumped up, then that left shoulder wouldn't look like that. In that pose, his left shoulder always looks flat, and his right shoulder looks better due to being pushed outward.

In hindsight Kai should never have played the size game. He should have maintained and refined the size he had when he was winning all the Arnolds and just bought more insane conditioning. Would still not have won the Mr O, but he would potentially would have a far longer career given he started the juice so late. Could easily have 10 Arnolds to his name
