i notice that women are very complimentary towards women that look decent at best, they say that they are "beautiful" but will criticize the women that really are beautiful

i don't know if it's subconscious or what, but i think they just hate any girl that they think is capable of stealing their man

You see it everywhere, check out lines, restaurants etc. women looking at other women, sizing them up rather openly, and having a face of like disgust, usually the woman they are checking out is hotter than them.

I am not asking about jealousy here because there is no point of talking about that, but what is with them doing it so open and obvious.

I have seen girls literally roll their eyes in the gym after checking out a super hot girl with tight pants etc.

Girl A , dressed in tight , low cut mini dress sees Girl B wearing a SLIGHTLY shorter and lower cut mini dress and says ;
" Only a slut would dress like that." Then she quickly pulls her own skirt up a tad.
