His carb timing is indicative of insulin use.

Most getbiggers are on gear, naturally.

this guy trains his ass off obviously. seen him here on Oahu many times (maybe like 12-15 times) at the gym and he trains pretty heavy on compound movements and doesnt take long breaks between sets. so what if he's on gear, most of the population could take the same thing and still wouldnt have his work ethic. he has anything at his disposal, dr.'s, nutritionists, chefs etc. why not use them.

he's on gear and gh and he trains alot so his metabolism isn't like yours moron...

Fuck off.

I call BS on his meals.  He is an actor, not a competitive bodybuilder.  He doesn't need to eat like that to maintain his physique nor does he likely have time to eat like that on any kind of regular basis.

Gatorade is toxic waste. But if someone would give me a million dollar sponsor deal, I would drink it all day long

I wonder what his steroid program is.

That's not what he really eats.

The ON "Platinum" Whey is doing all the work obviously.

He's been juiced for decades and has great genetics.
