Much of that is location.

You can generally build a very nice 10k square foot mansion in a nice neighborhood in the Houston area for barely 7 figures.

I think he's actually the buyer. I remember reading about him buying this house a few months ago. He outbid some celebrities. And like true new money, he posted a pic of himself flossin' in his living room after closing on his instagram page.

Living in Beverley hills is overrated. The shopping places are nice but every celebrity lives there, if I was one I would get as far away possible
