Franco today has completely let himself go. I just saw Frank a few weeks ago. His skin is thin, bodyfat low.... just...not fat. Muscularity pretty much history.

His shoulders are screwed for life.

Apparently Frank lost a contest because of his delts. After that loss he changed his workout and built up his outer delts so that he appeared wider standing relaxed.

Could be all that extra shoulder work resulted in some damage and he is paying for it now. You can see that the front delts are not as big as they were when he was

much younger.

Franco and Zane are both in their 70's. You're disappointed in their physiques now? Most of the guys here in their 20's look like crap 6 months off drugs.

An isolation movement like side laterals is done from a position of poor leverage and puts a lot of strain on the fulcrum, in this case the shoulder joint. I stopped doing side laterals even though I got good results from them. The risk/reward ratio was too high.

That is NOT what I said brother.

I said that Franco has pretty much let himself go (as in not working out anymore, and he has a gut)

Zane still hits the weights. He is fit, but thin. It's not a condemnation. I myself have lost a good amount of muscle, but I still have abs.

Arnold has let himself go... and now he's sort of trying in a weird way to get something back... not sure. He looks like he is relying on CG and doctors....

Stallone on the other hand is still ripped and shredded.

I was just making an observation. Zane just underwent two shoulder surgeries. He is NOT a happy camper. Blames it all on his past. If he had it to do all over again, he wouldnt have trained delts so much or so heavy.

Please, try to re-read posts before you make assumptions. I'm not here to stir up hate and discontent.... well, not usually.

If and when I am, you know it. Mmmmmmmkay?
