What aids protein absorption?

is ythere any sort of supplement that aids in protein absorption?

There's a supplement called aminogen that's supposed to help with absorption among other things.

The best thing you can do for absorption is to eat often and not gorge. Eat every 2hrs, keep protein intake at around 40g per meal or so. You will utilize your protein intake much better this way then if you’re eating say every 4hrs and gorging on 80-100g of protein per meal. I talk with guys all the time who I know are getting around 300g protein per day, but it comes from 3-4 meals that's it...these guys do not have near the success of one's who get the same amount of protein spread out more evenly, say 8 meals per day.

Probably not the answer you’re looking for, but it's the truth.

Try some Bromelain, Pepsin,Hydrochloric Acid,or Papaya enzyme tabs.

A teaspoon of cider vinegar containing betaine, might help after each meal also.

I know grapefruit juice is supposed to help with absorption of medicine's and things like that, anyone know if it aids in protein absorption ?
