It doesn't get much better than this (for me)

This is from my sprint cyclist bound for the Summer games in RIO. She left a week and half ago because she got the invite to train at the Olympic Training Center. After being there, not even settled in yet they sent her to Trinidad for the weekend to race and she won both of her events. Fast forward to today where I get this text..

"Hey Joe! Would you be able to send me the program that I used with you? I'm collaborating with the guys at the OTC and they would like to model my program off of the one that has clearly been working for me. Let me know your thoughts - email is ********* if you have a moment."

OTC = Olympic Training Center

Who funds the Oly cycling team's training?

In the UK this is all state sponsored and they have teams of professionals looking after their every move all year round.

No private individual / company would be allowed unless they were specifically under contract as UK Athletics did with people like Dan Pfaff or even Gerry Ramogida.

And also well done, a great achievement!
