I can't imagine he gets off. His defense team brought an "expert" that insinuated one of the other two men on pcp could have done this crime in a hallucination rage, despite admitting he had no idea if any of them had used pcp.....  ::)


The size limited edition 13 retro air Jordan shoe print, that Aaron was seen wearing in gas station footage, at the crime is damming despite the shoes not being found. Although the box of said shoe was in his home.


Let's not forgot he hasn't outed either of the other two possible killers. But he wasn't there anyhow, he was at the club.

If there is reasonable doubt here...... he's still got the Boston shooting trial coming up anyhow.

Strange case.

  It would seem simple to just roll over on the "real killer", after all Odin was his friend and future brother in law, but doing that would allow the other two "accomplishes" to tell the truth.

Now they're saying he witnessed the shooting.  Hahaha way to close out a case.

the jury is going to take the weekend.  They haven't been able to reach a verdict yet.

It just takes ONE person on the jury believing that Hernandez was present, but not the shooter, and he WALKS. 

It's day 3 of jury deliberations, and that's not a good sign.  If it was a "we know he's guilty, let's make it look good", they'd render verdict on Friday.  So they're still torn.  That's a big deal.

They also theorized that Lloyd was with some other guys at the bar and they were joking around and saying things at Hernandez's expense and this ticked him off

they never proved motive.  and there's 3 suspects to the murder here.  everyone lawyered up?

The guy is a fucking thug with money. Why did he do it? Hell I could have been so much as a simple sentenced that he deemed "disrespectful" so he killed him just like the what 4 other shootings he's been a part of. I hope he burns. Waste of a human life

This would be interesting.  As you stated the fact that the jury hasn't reached a decision yet shows there's some issues/doubt.

It'd be shocking if he walked, I'm sure he's got to be charged with a lesser crime, but you've called him getting off from the jump.

Where I live; there was recently a prominent doctor that was found guilty of murdering his wife. A lot of people thought that the doctor was not going to be convicted.

The jury had deliberated for 4 days. Verdict = guilty

Hard to say these days really... If Hernandez had reached the status of OJ, I would actually expect him to walk.. Anymore, it's just really hard to predict. After the Oj trial, I basically just threw in the towel and resort to flipping a coin

I mean, the fact anyone is even REMOTELY entertaining the possibility of a not-guilty verdict?

Dude on video, carrying the gun?  lol
Dude leaving gun and spit at the dead body?
Dude renting a car to do the deed, and smashing his cell/alarm system when cops arrived?

I mean, this is a slam dunk if there ever was one lol.

OJ was a slam dunk as well... The jury system is not without it's problems. Robert Blake.. (I loved Baretta) murdered his wife in cold blood... walked..Jurors get star struck and have this fantasy that these celebs and pro athletes just couldnt possibly do such a horrendous thing

I don't believe Mass has the death penalty.  He'll just get life and no parole for 1st degree.
