so according to my research, if keto provides no metabolic shift or advantAge in terms of fat burning, and it really comes down to calorie content....then WHY do prep coaches and serious fitness
People advocate keto so much? Is it because its easier to eat less and less cravings?
They always say "it shifts your body to burn your own body fat for fuel"...Well if there is no distinct metabolic advantage, then how is that the case?
