Slager then handcuffed his lifeless body before jogging back to where he had fired the shots to pick up an object from the ground - possibly the Taser.

The officer then returned to Scott where a second officer was on the scene. Slager can be seen on video tape appearing to drop an object next to the victim's body.

The footage also contradicted police claims that officers performed CPR on the suspect.
The parents of Walter Scott told the Today show on Wednesday that they wanted justice for their son.

I watched the video a few times. I can't see the bullet wounds on the victim. I would've expected more blood. It goes to show how Hollywood over-dramatizes bullet wounds on a person, as they are being hit by bullets (in movies).

that guy wasn't running fast enough to catch a cold. Cop would have been able to catch him pretty easily. Heck, the runner looked winded when the bullets started striking him anyway.

That's not the taser ,watch the beginning of the video ,the black dude tossed the taser ,it landed about 6 feet behind the cop .
