but they've killed less than 111 people over 115 years. thats less than 1/1000th of the US toll.

Our cops here are nothing more than revenue generators and thugs with badges. They don't stop murders they don't stop burglars or robberies they don't stop rape they don't stop theft. They show up to all these events and take notes and if anyone gives them any sass they threaten them with jail but not before they give out a beat down. Look at the numbers people, cops are killing a lot of innocent people and get away with it. Sure we have some out there that literAlly have it coming but any more the evidence speaks on itself. We live in a police state with over armed cops that have small tank trucks and are geared up like infantry men. Not to mention there are a lot of chicken shirt puss.y cops that hide behind their blue code gun and a badge. They over react and shoot first like scared kids and cussing while they do it. Then cry later and say they "feared for their lives" or "he reached for my gun".

I hear that quite a bit. However the police do stop murders, do stop burglars and do stop robberies and theft. The ones they don't stop, they try to catch and put in jail. Seems pretty honorable to me. The rest of the post is pretty far out there and obviously doesn't require a response.

I used to joke that I would do the job for half of what they paid me. I loved the job. I don't think it's possible to pay what cops are worth for what they are willing to do, but most aren't about the pay as the primary focus. We can say that about a lot of occupations.. teachers, military, prison guards, etc.. There are a lot of occupations that don't pay what they're really worth. but if you sign on for the job and agree to the pay.. you gotta do a good job.. The vast majority do
