How long has it been since he competed on a regular basis? I can only remember maybe 1 contest in the last several years...I may be wrong on that, but mostly I just see him in Muscle Tech ads.

He looked good when he got his pro card....it went down hill after that....

Boy he just looks flat out unhealthy in that pic. I know bodybuilding is not a very healthy activity but man...he looks ill.

Remember all the hype surrounding Kovacs when he was coming up?

He was supposed to be the man that was going to re-define bodybuilding, and take it to new heights. He turns out to be the worst pro ever, and has taken bodybuilding to new depths.

First off, his genetic structure isn't meant for bodbuilding, it's meant for powerlifting or WSM contests. He's not aesthetic.

Then when he went pro and started megadosing for years it took a toll on his body. His face has changed, his torso has changed.....he looks like a caveman now....an ape. It looks like he's regressed physically to what our ancestors were. Amazing what megadosing for years will do.

I was at the ASC where he competed...

There was just a somewhat stunned type silence over the audience when he came out, and that 'polite applause' when he walked off.

Believe it or not, the guy actually looks far worse in person onstage. He moves like a tinman or something. He looked like he might croak onstage. It really wasn't pretty $:-\$

Greg Kovacs was NEVER a powerlifter.In fact he was once offered 10,000 dollars to compete against Eddy Coan and backed out because he knew his strength claims were crap.

i beleive greg only really competed and finished in 2 contests -this past year's arnold and the 97 NOC. every other show, he dropped out early.

I remember seeing him about five years ago at an autograph signing, he needed about four fans and a bunch of dry ice to keep cool. He was sweating profusely sitting down.
