The fact that blacks have been oppressed in the United States is not a valid excuse.  The press is sensationalizing violence against blacks and completely ignoring the disproportionately larger issue of black on white violence.

This is done intentionally to divide and conquer and also distract the public.

Instead of the USA and the Western World moving forward, going into space etc. it has been reduced to trayon martin and michael brown discussions. Meanwhile the Chinese are pushing forward, unaffected by these distractions.

The broadcast rights of the media companies should be revoked immediately and all the top executives / owners arrested ASAP! They deserve jail cells. They literally have blood on their hands.

I don't think the news coverage was international, but the Portland police in the last few years have been called out in the media for killing some supposedly mentally ill white folks. One was a man in his twenties who suffered from schizophrenia. Nothing in his actions at the time the police took him down threaten them. In another case it was an old man who wielded a box cutter.
