i'd have no problem eating that. a bountiful and great source of food / protein. its when they're still very recognisably bugs is when 'i'm out'. a good idea though.

Great sustainable food and i really want to try. I did see some company in CA that makes this but its like half and half (cricket and wheat). Kind of defeats the purpose. Maybe this is 100 percent cricket?
