and then post only the bad ones
Why are people posting bad videos and not good ones? Well, lets see why that is. Perhaps because the bad videos involve bodily harm and the death of others, as well as false imprisonment, depending if the cop lied or not.
Yes, most people realize that there are good interactions with cops, but posting and discussing those videos is not going to elicit change.
Think of it this way: When you're feeling healthy and fine, do you go to the doctor? No. When you're feeling sick, do you go to the doctor to get better? Yes.
Thus, people post the bad interactions so the corrupt cops can be exposed for the things they are doing. Hopefully this will improve interactions by changing certain things in the police force and making things better. Thus, people only take direct action (go to the doctor or post videos of bad interactions with cops) when they are trying to seek change and make things better.
There really is no point in posting the good videos because it does not in any way take away from the bad stuff that is happening and needs to change. Maybe posting more positive interactions with cops will help sway attitudes. However, it will do nothing to elicit change (if that is at all possible).
