Police Misconduct Lawsuits Filed Against New York City

From 1999 to 2008, the City of New York paid out nearly $ 400 million in damages to individuals who filed civil lawsuits against members of the NYPD.

Serving and protecting at its finest.

I spent almost $400 million on hair care products over the same 10 years.

Yes, but your hair isn't getting sued any time soon.

And money used on your hair isn't going to prevent kids' programs from being closed down.
