No matter what u have achieved in bodybuilding, standing next to this man will make the real crowd have you the ultimate alpha!

How u look oiled up in thongs on the stage doesn't really matter. Its the everyday look and presence with clothes on that count!

Seem like most champs/stars are raised by media and storytellers. Real life is another story. The clear alpha just bring it standing there!

I agree I never throw my arm up in regular pics. I go to a expo and I do it in every single one. It's like this subconscious who has a big dick thing every guy does at these things

Federov had / has amazing forearms.

Has to be some of the best along with Ronnie, Dorian, Mcgrath, Heath, Priest and Flex Lewis - all in their prime. While Mcgrath's are huge they lack the detail of some of the greats.
