yes but you know sometimes it seems like these guys have no common sense or maybe just donīt have patience . when you have a kid of 17 who looked soft trying to give weak resistance or saying he is 17 and wants a grown up there, which i find resonable.. then these guys should handle it a bit more maturely. Granted a 17 year old can pull a trigger too but i think they should asses the situation and then react accordingly...not just Rambo style straight away... just my 2 cents dudes...

I remember being 17,18 smoking weed with buddies or drinking cheap piss warm beer cruising around the neighborhood. Typical teenage behavior. We got pulled over once, and all of us collectively shit our pants. We all stepped out of the car scared as fuck, complied with every order from the cop and apologized profusely. Every answer was yes sir or no sir. ...magically we were all let go minus the beer.

I would have stayed calm and called his Mother. If i could not get her then another person he trusts. Like i wrote common sense prevails. He was no Danger to the cops. To taser him twice was not needed..itīs like comply or get pain.. If the guy was a threat then sure i would have dragged him out no problem but you have to asses the situation and quickly. Why just react to every situation like rambo? you are dealing with people..

well all i can say is i have been in situations searching people or cars and have from my experience learned that if you want co operation you have to tone it down. I have had a guy spit on me, abuse ..etc but i got on with my job. I know of guys who punched or beat up people for abuse. I have seen both sides. could write about all that but i canīt be bothered.

Didn't watch the video because of the idiot who put it up.  If a cop pulls you over cooperate and hand over your driving credentials when he asks. If you don't when you have them on you then you can be charged with your state's version of hindering apprehension or obstructing. Then you are subject to arrest. Resisting arrest isn't only an assault it's also refusing to get out of a car to let the cop arrest you. Resisting arrest isn't just fighting a cop it's also arguing with a cop waving your hands around to make it difficult for him to put handcuffs on you.

Here's a few ways a traffic stop can go. A cop pulls you over and warns you about the traffic infraction and lets you go without a ticket. He gives you a traffic ticket for the moving violation that if found guilty could affect your insurance rates and records on your driving record. If you're polite with a clean record he might give you a non driving record ticket like a seatbelt or a cracked windshield instead of the moving violation to keep your driving record clean. Then again you can act like a dick and refuse all requests for paper work and bust the cops balls like a immature high school kid. Then your are arrested for hindering apprehension, resisting arrest, and every legal ticket he can figure out to give you. If he is a knowledgeable cop it could be a lot of tickets.
