well all i can say is i have been in situations searching people or cars and have from my experience learned that if you want co operation you have to tone it down. I have had a guy spit on me, abuse ..etc but i got on with my job. I know of guys who punched or beat up people for abuse. I have seen both sides. could write about all that but i canīt be bothered.

If the evidence shows a cop deleted the video, that would be tampering with evidence. He should be fired and charged with that. Stupid friggin thing to do if he did it. Digital Forensics should be able to determine if the video was deleted around the time of the accusation
