I'd say this is a good goal physique for someone with decent genes who wants a fitness beach body type of
physique.

Probably around 145lbs in this clip at 5'5". On some other pictures/videos he looks a lot more muscular though
and claims to be 155lbs shredded... could be just different lighting and pump or maybe he is just cruising with the gear don't know
but I highly doubt he's over 150lbs in this clip, his arms are most likely under 14".

Just goes to show that you don't have to be 200lbs or have >18" arms to look good. In fact I think most people
would look a lot better and more muscular if they dropped weight but they just don't realize how much lean 200lbs or even
180lbs are.

However I personally would not want to be that small and honestly rather be not as lean but bigger. If I was natural I would probably
go more into powerlifting instead of bodybuilding.

I can't do 400lbs on the bench but I did 575lbs raw DL and 495 squat (with knee wraps) at 200lbs or a little under so I guess I'm close to being very impressive strength wise.. yeah! I always kind of knew it and now I've got the affirmation  j/k I think VERY impressive is something else, just look at Chinese weightlifters for example .. there are guys weighing 160 lbs that squat 545lbs like it's nothing. Those numbers are certainly very good and impressive to 95% of all lifters but not elite... well I'm just nitpicking here because I wanted to throw in my deadlift and squat figures 


By the way that one pic of Matty in the sauna would be perfect base material for a photoshop of him squeezing out a nice yellow turd.

Yeah I completely agree but the dude is just a regular gym rat , lean in shape, how many gym goers have those numbers?? Not very many and his flat bench max is 450 @ 190-195

Of course there's stronger but in any gym those numbers are impressive

His 405 bench is a clean 2 reps, his dead lifts of 600+ with chalk, the 500 plus squats is for a few reps
